前7集都非常一般，隻有第8集維持了水準。 第一季雖然叫愛死機，但並未把焦點單純放在智能和人類的共存危機中，每一集都有令人驚豔的立意和展開。第二季的前幾集卻成了單純的“愛，死亡和機器人”的命題作文，維持水準的高水平動畫製作並不能彌補創意的缺失，令人惋惜。 但第八集真的是精品，以一位科學家對巨人的“精神之戀”為引，旁觀巨人的完美到腐壞，和群眾對巨人從敬畏到獵奇到厭倦，以精煉的篇幅傳達出悠長的意味，這才是愛死機的味道。第八集10分，其他集7分吧
